Save files with the same file name but in a different location.

Hi Guys
I am trying to save a file, which has had work done to a different location.
When i use activeWorkbook.save all's well
But if i want to use save as i can't work out what to do
D:\Downloads\Bank Downloads\Excel files\15_Statement_September_2014.xlsx
and what I want is
D:\Downloads\Bank Downloads\Excel files\Cleaned\15_Statement_September_2014.xlsx

I have about 100 of these all with different names so i am looking for a means by which the new file name is that of the active file and I enter the new location.

My hair is grey but is now falling out as I try various ways around.

Would be grateful for some guidance or a solution.
