Enter a formula into the next blank column

Ok, hopefully I am over-complicating this...

I have a workbook that is updated every month, but I want to keep a "snapshot" of the previous months data. I essentially have a list of record identifiers and I need to index and match the snapshot data then paste it flat and input the date the data had the snapshot taken.

I was able to get a macro to simply copy and paste the data over but then i realized each months data set might not always be in the same order which is where I will need to use a formula rather than just copying and pasting the column.

Here is what I have so far to just copy and paste the column:

Attached is a demo file. I am scratching my head on this one... would like to remove the manual entry process if possible. If you open the demo file and click the button on the "component list" tab, you will see what I am looking for it to do. This demo file is set up exactly how it will appear in the actual file.

Again, Instead of just copying and pasting, I would like it to perform an index & Match / vlookup to match the prices to the part numbers in case the next month the order of part numbers is off or if new part numbers are added.

Re: Enter a formula into the next blank column

Anyone have any advice here? Just took another stab at merging in the syntax to fill blanks down but filling a whole blank row down is confusing me.
