Font Color change based on Cell Interior.ColorIndex changes

I have this code that I am working on and I want to change the Font color in the cell to white if the Interior.ColorIndex has changed from white

Hi Root - This code works great - One additional question - Oversight by me !

When the cell changes to Range("C" & Selection.Row).Interior.ColorIndex = 20 the color is very light blue and the white font color is not seen - can the font for that cell coler be made black?
