VBA Dictionary

Hi Guys,

Can you help me start with VBA Dictionary. I've spend hours playing with the dictionary and I can't seem to figure it out, I'm kinda new to this.

Sheet2 will be dynamic, it should only list the columns which have filled color, not all columns regardless of change.
Here's an example.
