Need to Calculate First 10 days for data

Hi,

NEED AN URGENT HELP!

I have a data for last 30 days in excel with dates - I need to count first 10 days records, then 2nd 10 Days records & then 3rd Days of records.
But I do not want to give Start date & End date in formula. So when ever I update the record it should calculate as per the given dates in excel.

Example :
A2:A90

Formula used - =COUNTIFS(A2:A91,">="&TODAY()-37) which counts total records from today i.e. 90 records
