Userform Listbox use of ColorIndex or ColorInterior like Conditional Formatting

Hello,

With recent help from some great people on the forum I thought I would check if anyone knows of a way to have a Listbox show a similar way to that of conditional formatting between 2 columns.
Right now I have 2 columns that if Column G has a different value to Column F then color cell red
example:
F2 = 1 and G2=9 (no color-this is equal)
F3= 1 and G3=5 or 0 (color Red)
F4= 1 and G4= 1(no color this is equal)
F5=5 and G5= 5 (no color this is equal)
F6=5 and G6= 1 or 9 or 0 (color Red)
F7=0 and G7=0 (no color this is equal)
F8=0 and G8=1 or 9 or 5 (color Red)
It's easy using conditional formatting but I would like the same results showing in my listbox on a userform.
Is this possible?
I heard it may be possible with Listview instead of a Listbox but I have no idea what code is required using VBA
Any suggestions?

I can supply the workbook if required as it is a tester file that I had great help getting specific columns to not have duplicates and I wanted to continue working on this project and this is the next step in my learning and development but need assistance and or recommendations.
