Import data from another workbook based on criteria by using macros/VBA

Is it possible to import data from another workbook based on criteria.

Please find the attachments workbook test and report.

The details are in the test (attached workbook) from that I would like to import the data. In report (attached workbook) when I select the department from drop down (red box) and press the "click to import data" button, i will be asked for workbook location, once the workbook selected from my desktop or network drive, the data will be populated in respective fields (highlighted in yellow). Some data will be consistent (not depends on criteria) and some data will be based on department.

Note:
The test workbook name could be changed, however the worksheets name in test workbook (example worksheet Input, calculation) will always be the same.
