vba copy all sheets from a closed workbook in a specified directory to active workbook

Looking a vba code that copy all sheets from a closed workbook in a specified directory to active workbook.

The directory say C:\INVOICE\

The files can be xlsx, xls or xlsm

however there will be only one workbook in this directory
