Question Generation of PDF copy of Salary Slips from Excel master file using macro

    Hello!

I want to generate monthly Salary Slips of our employees in PDF format. Basis of this salary slip generation is one Excel File containing the Salary Slip Format & Employee-wise Breakup. Attaching herewith the excel file for easy understanding.

Following points are to be considered:
    * I entered one Macro to force user to enable 'Macro' while opening the file.
    * Entered one macro to spell the amount in words. Print Area is also set.
    * Salary Slip Format is already linked with the 'Employee-1'. Payslip for the month field is also linked.
    * Number of employees in the "Salary Breakup-Calc" sheet may vary every month.
    * Clicking 'Generate Salary Slip' button should generate Employee-wise, Month-wise Salary Slip in a specific folder mentioned in 'M17' cell of "Salary Slip" sheet.
    * Such generated PDF copy should be saved (named) Month & Employee code wise.

Request you guidance to solve the matter.
    Regards
    Kaustav

The code did pretty well. Few things require modification-

    * Cell J12:K12 is taking data from 'N' Coloumn of Salary Breakup_Calc sheet. I don't want it to be there,
rather it should be "E12(minus)J6" (can be fixed formula always, it will reflect the absent days in the month).

    * Generated PDF file is getting saved in the defined directory, I want it to create a month & year-wise folder (if already not there) in the
defined directory & place all the files in it.

    * Generated PDF file name should be Employee Code Followed by Employee Name.

    Attaching the file again.
