Data capture in column

Hi

Anyone can help me on this

I have attached test stopwatch but I need to save the data based on this criteria
If possible, can someone help me

1) Need to capture reset data from cell K3:T3
2) If status is completed (U) then Reset button should be disabled?
3) Again If we start, the reset button should be enabled?
4) Data should be captured from K4:T4, like wise it should be done in another cells

Not sure what you mean by "capture" - as it is those fields will not be overwritten
