Dear all,
1st code is working fine for counting red color text in the particular cell range [ E2 =red(A2:D2) ] , Similarly I want to implement for green color text in the same range , here 2nd code for counting green color text in the particular cell range [ F2 =green(A2:D2) ] but this 2nd code is not working , I mean didn’t get any count.
I need your help in this regard.

Your code works fine - you must be applying the wrong "green" to your font
- see attached workbook
You could "discover" the colour actually applied to the active cell with this simple macro
