spin button select cell to left after being pasted

Hi,

Im trying to create a score sheet with spin buttons to increment the values in cells. After i have created a table i would like to be able to just copy and paste the entire table, spin button and all, lower down in the sheet and have the correct/corresponding cells updated when the new spin button is clicked e.g. if spin button is in cell E6 and increments cell D6 if I copy the spin button and paste it in say K9 if clicked i would like it to increment the value in J9.

Help with this would be greatly appreciated. Don't have VB knowledge
