I'ved tested your code on both Excel versions (2010 & 2016) and they both work.
Can you be more specific on how it doesn't work in Excel v2016 & Outlook v2016
can be because I use windows 10 ?
Works fine for me on Office 365 on Win10Home. I added .Display after the commented .Send line to see that it "works".
What does "not work" mean for you?

kirana2014, Nope. I'm running Windows v10 with Office 2010 and it's working for me. As well as my other machine which I am running Windows v7 with Office 2016
When I check on " Sent items on outlook is nothing and my colleague not receive email from me !
in your code you have it set to .Display. just curious, did you change it to .Send?
Yes I change it to .send
on .display i can't see them on outlook (very strange)

I (only) have all four of those checked as well, and still I'm having a difficult time trying to duplicate your error.
I've tested the sending the email from Outlook 2010 to Outlook 2016 and vice-versa and received no issues as you described.
There all thank you for support, I just found the problem on my office , I made wrong Path Attachment (folder) on C
