How to draw Irregular Polygon

I am searching method to draw a polygon as attached file. But it seems hopeless. Hope you guys can help me. It is really much appreciated. Nice days all.

Not sure what you mean, could you not go into "Insert"=>"Shapes" then find a shape to adjust?
