Open workbook to sheet

I have a workbook with a sheet for each year, named REPORTS 22, REPORTS 23, REPORTS 24, etc.
I currently have the workbook open to sheet REPORTS 22 with the this code in ThisWorkbook:

I would like to have it automatically open to the report for the current year.

I can use

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

to get the last 2 digits of the current year in a cell, but don't know how to make it a variable or to make it a part of the sheet name.
Hopefully, I can get this to work before Jan 1, 2023.
