    Populate Userform ListBox Using Criteria in Another Column

    I've been populating a listbox using a named range, but it takes some acrobatics to populate the named range. So I'm trying to eliminate that step and populate the ListBox using data in column H based on criteria in column J.

    I've been playing around with this code, but it's not working yet:

    Sintek, your code gives me an error of "Permission denied" Any idea why that would be? I've never seen that before in VBA.

    Works fine when tested.... Not at pc right now... Perhaps you can upload a sample so someone else can have a look...
