Macro help to mtch a value example 2017 in date column copy all data and write to new work

I need help with a macro that will be able when entering a value like "2017" from the date column, it must therafter copy all data and write a new workbook

There are two Columns with date B and Q. They are not aligned up equally. Did you want a new sheet or new workbook?

Thank you for responding

the teams are arranged alphabetically in Home and Away , we need to look at each team under home column and check for the date nd it must copy all the data from home and away

I would like it to write a new workbook for each worksheet that it reads from the first workbook
