Group rows based on cell value

Hi Guys,

I want to group the tables in the attached and have google as much as I can. Problems is if you pre group them, if you add another row, the grouping doesn't extend to include the new row

So I added another column in the hopes I could find a marco to group rows based on the cell value.

Anyone able to help out?

I have uploaded a small version of the spreadsheet.
So for example the table 1 group would be Row 4 to 7 but if you add another line you click the command button and it will ungroup and re group.
