how can I do this?

L:4 to L15 is the delivery /stock quantity column

I21:I997 step 16 = (L4 + IF L5 <>"") - C22:C998 step 16
sum current stock and new delivery , then the new delivery and the current stock is the final stock.

I21:I997 step 16 = if no new delivery then current stock minus today shift (L4 + IF L5 <>"") - (column C22:C998 step 16) .
