how to convert numeric into words

Dear Experts,
I need a code to convert fraction based Numeric into words.

example:
if Numeric is = 6128.13
by using your code it should be converted into = SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT AND THIRTEEN SEN ONLY
