Place one column of data into another worksheet into selected fields

I am a complete vba novice.
I have a workbook with 2 tabs - Max10 and Max12. In Max10 I have generated a list of property names beginning in cell A3 and down. The length of this list will vary. I would like to place the names beginning with A3 into the Max12 tab, with the first name going into cell c5, the second name into cell c79 and repeating every 75 rows until I get to the end of the name list. I do not know how to account for the name list length being variable in length or how to create the loop. The names list in Max 10 has no blanks, the first blank will signal the end of the list. Thank you for taking a look.
