Help with change worksheet condition

Hi All,

I'm using the below to change worksheet macro to change column C to a "FAIL" if in any text is entered into column A else column C is a "PASS". I would like to add a condition to this but not sure how. I need to add a condition where if C2 to is blank or "Occupied" or "No Access" then the below macro does not run. Any help or clues would be much appreciated.
