Advanced filter copy to dynamic range?

I'm trying to use dynamic ranges with advanced filtering. I have the original dataset from a dynamic range working correctly, however, I cannot get it to copy to a dynamic range below my dataset. Here is my attempt which does not work:

Also, if possible I would like this data to be cut rather than copied. I can work around if it's not possible to do so.

You can't cut with an advanced filter. It also looks as though you are probably trying to copy into at least part of the range you are filtering, which I don't think will work.

I agree, but how can I make the A1 dynamic?

I'm trying to move certain rows that contain certain text to 2 rows below the current data set. The last row of the dataset is dynamic. Advanced filter seemed like a good option to do this but maybe there's a better way?
