Insert line based on cell not line number

Please Help

I'm trying to set up a spreadsheet with 30+ sheets, and I need to make it so an inserted line goes in line with dates. if sheets one inserts a line at "3:3" then sheets 2 adds line to "4:4" they will be out of order. if sheet 1 doesn't add a line and sheet 2 does then they line up. I'm trying to find a way to set it so if column b has value of 6 that's where the line inserts, instead of line 6. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

I have it almost complete, but i'm stuck.
P.S. this line of code is for one sheet only, I have adapted versions for all 30+ sheets.
