Each group has two subgroups A and B
Since the permutation can not have two of the same group
Example
1st group a = 12 15 26 ...
B = 31 51 62
You can not cross a and b of the same group
And so on the others
14 groups divided into 2 = 7 groups two to two

Then 7 groups a and b
Since A can not cross with group B OF THE SAME GROUP
It is each set of group A and B
Has a pair of polyndromes
Example
A = 15,26,32
B = 51 62 23
Can not have together = 15,51,26,62,23,32
Then A can not match with B of the same group
