VBA Macro not prompting me to update link to other spreadsheet?

Hopefully someone can assist?

I have two different reports that have two different Macro's that run, and both spreadsheets link to do a vlookup with another separate excel spreadsheet. Neither of the Macro's do anything specific with the separate spreadsheet that the reports link to. They simply use the following formula to do a lookup to obtain values....

If I run the two Macro's - they both perform as they should, except one of them correctly prompts me to update the link with this separate spreadsheet but the 2nd macro when I run it doesn't.

Therefore if I amend the values in this separate spreadsheet, only one of the two reports is correctly updating to the amended values.

Is there are way that I can make this 2nd macro prompt me to update the link with other spreadsheets?
