Change written date (Day, day month time timezone) to date string

Hello,

I retrieve a date from an copy/paste action from an email with the following code:

Unfortunately this give me the date as "Tue, 7 Nov 13:36 UTC", how do I get this in a workable date string?
I would like to use the date in a lookup to write the values in a overview, so the date is needed in:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

Anyone an idea?
