Help resizing image - produces different image size on different computers.

I have Excel VBA code that copies .JPG files into a specific location in a worksheet, resizes it and exports the sheet into a PDF file. It works fine on my MS Surface notebook running Office 2016 and Windows 10.
When I run the same code on a different computer (Lenovo) running the same version of Office on Windows 10 – the images are different sizes and even the aspect ratio’s are wrong.
Just wondering if anyone has ideas on where I start to look. Could screen resolution differences cause this? Here’s an extract of the code that copies the image in to the worksheet and works fine on my surface computer.

But your code is not for worksheet but to chart.

Add maybe line:

Thanks for your reply. Yes I miswrote it is for a chart sheet not worksheet. I will test out your suggestions. Just to repeat that it works fine on MS Surface but not on another computer running identical setup.

The problem turned out to be a corrupt file on the destination computer. Apologies.
