Hiding Certain Rows in a Column

Is there a way to hide only certain rows in a column and not the whole column, preferably with one click (button)?

As an example in the workbook attached, is there a way to hide a column(s) D-AJ unless there is a value in the 'Total' row?

So say there was only a value in D37, I would want D-AJ for rows 7-21 hidden and E-AJ for rows 28-36. But I would also need it to work the same if there was a value in H22 and D37. I would want D-G and I-AJ hidden for rows 7-21 and E-AJ for rows 28-36.

Delete the totals row 22. Select B6:Y21, Insert Table. Add the Totals Row from the Tables Menu Design Tab. Use the filter dropdowns to to hide blanks.
