Autofit Row & col use spin button

I have spin button link to c3,in d1,d2,d3 contain 1,2,3 and in e1,e2,e3 contain : e1=short text,e2=middle is text to autofit,e3= long text to short use spin button
I have problem in
B6:C6 is wraptext and merge text contain formula vlookup(c3,d1:e3,2,0)
If i am click spinbutton become 2 i want automatik autofit in b6:c6
Problem how to automatic autofit use spin button

You will have to do this with a macro that is triggered when the spin button is clicked.

Keebellah if i use sheet change imposible because change or selection by objek range imposibel i want change from spin button
