Question Open .csv File and Save As Macro Capable Excel File

Test engineer in need of some more VBA help. Would like to select a button which opens a .csv file I navigate to. Once opended, would like to copy the entire contents (many columns are empty with no characters) and paste into the file with the button in a sheet labeled "From". Next save this file as a .xlsm file. Thank you for your valuable assistance.

You don't describe how you want the new file named - this changes the filename to the same as the CSV except as a .xlsm, saved in the same folder as the source CSV.
