VBA to ask for Value then use that value to include on DIR

I set my Dir as seen below. Within that Folder "Tool Run" I have sub folders EX:"Run #1, Run #2, ...." I want a message to pop up asking what Run # folder would you like the document placed into.

Answer would be say "1" or "2" or "3".....

Then I would like to reflect 'JobDir' to include this Answer so it places the sheet generated into that folder. Right now the code works but only to the main folder.

I thought that would work but after making the addition this is what happened.
1. changed File name from "ToolRun_Scan Liberty_20-Nov-2017" TO "Run #1ToolRun_Scan Liberty_20-Nov-2017"

That's it really no location change for the saved file
It saved the file in the main "Tool Run" Folder.... not in the Run #1 folder as specified by input box
