Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
    Best Regards,

    Kaper

    Hi atif,

I'd create a custom sort order as shown in:
    https://support.office.com/en-us/art...2-A06455C379E1

    Then:
I'd create a random number column to the right of your items to distribute and sort by this column and secondly by the custom sort order you created above.

Then the VIP priority would come to the top and you would give the top to the top person in your list and down the list until all were distributed.

Using a Random Column and a Custom Sort will accomplish what I think you are asking for.
One test is worth a thousand opinions.

Re: Automatic Distribution of Items based on Priority Level and Type Set!

    Dear,

Just we have results if we meet 3 conditions.
    1) Priority level 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 (People Names Column)
    2) Type (VIP, SPECIAL, URGENT, HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW)
    3) iTEMS COLUMN

Items which are categorized as Vip, Special, Medium etc will be divided into People who have different priority level set (1 to 6 High Priority to low Priority)

Just to bump - up: The topic is open to everybody.
I still cannot clearly see how input data looks like, and which part shall be the output of the code.
