Merge multiple excel files, while keeping the Header Row from first File only

any idea how to improve my below code to keep the header row from the first file only?

For now it's copying data from selected files without first header row:

The code is copying proper data with only one header from selected files but it starts from the second row (first row is empty).

Do you know what should be change?
