Check Duplicates

Hi all,

I need a bit of help with a VBA, I would like to make a macro that will find the lines that are duplicates and then check for these lines that the sum from column D to not exceed 100%. If it exceeds 100% a message to pop up saying which row numbers should I check in order to correct that the percentage sum to be below 100%.

I was able to make a VBA but it didn't work as I intended.

Please notice that the range should be dynamic since new lines will be added constantly.

In the Excel attached there is a simple example with 3 lines that are duplicates same id same date and same detail and if the percentage for one of the lines will be changed to 70% then the sum of the 3 rows will exceed 100%. Basically I need a message to pop up saying the you have exceed 100% for the sum of the rows 3,4,5
