Creating Hyperlink to a variable sheet name

Hello i've been stuck in here, hope u can help me.

I have a code that copy's the last sheet and remane it to any value that is on the textbox.

At the same time i wanted to create a hyperlink on another sheet that connects to the fresh created sheet.

So far i got this:

The line at red is where i'm stuck in, Can't figure it out

What value is in the variable FName ?

textbox1 contains a person full name, and Fname separates the name to show only the first and the last name.

The name of the sheet that is created is the person's first and last name (FName).
