Can not delete rows on protected worksheet

I have a macro in the attached protected worksheet to allow users to delete rows, sort, ect.
The macro also inserts a copied row when the user enters data in the first cell of the last row.
However, when a user tries to delete a row a warning window opens and informs the user the worksheet needs to be unprotected first. This should not be happening as AllowDeletingRows has been enabled??????

I think that I found a solution. Try the attached file. When you want to delete a row click on any cell in column A and press the DELETE key.

I would like the user to be able to delete row. I have cells in the column that are locked with formulas. This is the code I have in the worksheet right now. How can I use VBA to do this.

Sorry for the delay. I was out of town. Please attach a copy of an updated file that contains some data in the "PP Weld Log" sheet and explain in detail exactly what you want to do referring to specific cells, rows and columns.
