    Post Advance filter based on Criteria ....

    Need a Macro for Filter data for full flat rows. Each flat has 5 rows ...normal filter giving only one row for each flat ....is there any VBA solution for this Please???

    I believe the problem is being caused by the merged cells that you are using. If you unmerge the cells and enter the data in each unmerged row, the filter should work properly. You should avoid using merged cells as they always give Excel problems when using macros.

    Yes You're right , is their any way to make a group of 5 rows each, and when I filter through normal filter, the filter should come in group...I tried it but didin't worked for me ..

    You would have to unmerge the cells and then fill in the empty cells with duplicate data in each column. For example, after you unmerge A2:A5, you would have to enter 101 in rows 3 to 5. You would have to do this for all the unmerged cells.

    NO, I can't unmerge rows I have other things running around also ...

    In that case, I believe that the filter won't work properly.
