Deleting Columns

Hi All,

Basically, I'd like to delete column*G through N*and column P, then delete column*R through V*and delete column X delete column Z through AD.

For the rows, I'd like to delete the rows that have ABC at the end. For example, I'd like to delete squat ABC, but keep squat without ABC. I'd also like to delete leg press ABC (row 5), but keep leg press in row 4.*

I'd also like to be able to move a column from the middle and move it to Column C

If you can list*all the*steps and the logic behind it I would be forever grateful.
