Microsoft office 14.0 access database engine object library

I have a program I created in VBA excel. when I email it out to everyone, they show this reference is missing. (Microsoft office 14.0 access database engine object library).
I go in and set this reference but every time I send out an update... I have to go in and set this reference again. Is there a way to add code to do this automatically?
I have done lots of research on this, but all I get is change code to late binding.
Any help or thoughts?

What I have figured out is that (Microsoft office 14.0 access database engine object library) was set on my computer.
I unchecked it and everyone can used the program without any reference issues.
