Private Sub Workbook_Open() Not working

Please find attached file, everything is ok, all macros working, but only private sub workbook open code not working.. Please see and advice me.

A lot easier for someone to view code as well as workbook...there is nothing in your WorkBook_Open() code to cause it but file takes a long time to load
