Insert Timestamp on same row that macro is run

Hi,

I have a macro that works by highlighting a particular row and hitting the macro shortcut. It then extracts information from cells on that row to creat an email.
What i would like to do is put a time stamp on the same row that is hightlighted in cell AA, when the macro is run.

Im sure its something simple, but this is all quite new to me and whenever i try it, it only fills the top row, not the chosen one.

Apologies, as im pretty new to this, i thought it may be a simple generic line to perform that action.

Theres a few other things i was looking for like having the signature appear, or any formatting at all, but dont worry, ill do my research and not ask the question in this post!
