Disable Alt-f11 "view code" can be done via Onkey Method but if I want to assign a different key to activate it ... . when pressed "Alt - k"or any other key with alt, ctrl view code should appear in the only assigned workbook. Is it possible ???? To that Via Macro??

This macro will open the VBE (works in Excel 2007) :
Use the ONKEY method to disable the ALT / F11 (be sure to turn it back on when you close your workbook so other workbooks won't be affected).

Then create another ONKEY method to activate the above macro which opens the VBE.
Thank you Logit, I disable alt f11 and assigned different key by on onkey method to launch macro LAUNCHVBE but just got " Runtime error 1004: programmatic access to vb project is not trusted "" ???? and ""Runtime error 1004: Method of VBE of object _application Failed""???
