UserBox near ActiveX Picture

I have had other people help me piece this project together and it is finally coming along and I can consider it complete with one last piece of expert help. When I click a cell a picture appears 2 cells to the right and if you click the picture then a userbox comes up. Here is where my problem is, I am trying to get the user box to appear right next to the floating picture, but I can't. It always appears far to one corner, please help.

The userform could be showing too soon, set the parameters, then sow the userform
You also have a lot of other code that is trying to re-position the userform
