    Transpose with format

    Hi,
I'm trying to transpose this format of Excel file.
    transpose.png

    Quick rundown
Each row consists of sales from each product type (Shoes and Clothes) with total sales from the company in column C.

    What we're trying to accomplish

Move all the products (Column D) and product sales (Column E) into one line.
Example shown in the table below.

For example, Nike Shoes (column D) and its sales (column E) and Nike Clothes (column F) and its sales (column G)

Example #2 is trickier, Adidas didn't have any shoe sales so we leave the shoe column blank (column D and E).

I have attached an example of this Excel sheet.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello,

I think, it is too short data example. Do you really have only two products or there are more (i believe so). Will column D always be [company name] space [product type]? You don't have a list of possible products? So you may end up with many columns...?

    Thanks

We have around 7 products and yes you're right Column D will always be shoes and Column E will always be clothes.

But not all companies will have sales for each product. In this case, Adidas doesn't have sales for shoes.

    OK, don't worry about it.

Your good feed back is better than rep.
