    Print Only Visible Columns

Thank you for looking at my question. I am attaching a small portion of a spreadsheet used for a charity golf tournament. My question concerns the printing of the entire sheet when some of the columns are made invisible. Specifically if columns T through AA are hidden, a blank page still appears when printing the entire sheet. Normally hidden columns do not show up or create a blank page. I'm not sure if it is the conditional formatting or the formulas in those columns that causes a blank page to be created.

Is there a way with VBA to specify that only the visible columns be printed? Thank you.

    Hello.
You already commented which is the range of the sheet that you do not want to print.

Now: And what is the range of the sheet you want to print?...

Hello and thanks for responding. The range to print B1:AQ19. The problem occurs when columns T through AA are hidden. When the sheet is printed, it includes a blank page for those columns despite the fact that they are hidden.

    Hello. What I did was:

    - Show all columns.
    - Group from column J to column AC to make it easier to hide or show these columns.

And then in the Page Settings, two more things:
    - Horizontal orientation.
    - And fit to 1 page wide by 30 high (30 is an arbitrarily high number).

Thank you for your response. I'm a beginner so can you walk me through what you did? I don't see any macros. And is it possible to add page breaks, because if 5 sections are printed they get very small on one page. Thanks for educating me.

No macro needed because this theme is "pure" Excel.

For example, you have arranged in Page Setup: 1 page wide by 30 high, right?...

Well, try to see what happens if you do: 2 pages wide (or more) by 30 high. I think that will save that subject - very well observed - from very little impression.
