Find last column, copy it, paste one column to left

There's a million and one threads that are sort of like this and I've spent 5 hours trying to merge 'sortof' code to suit my exact needs with no luck.
Ultiomately I'm getting one column pasted to the right of the last column that only pastes values, one column inserted to the left of the last column, and all sorts of variations.

IN column "T" i have a button that I'd like to find the last column, copy the whole thing, insert a column to the left of this, and paste itself right there. Then deselect the column so the user doesn't have to press escape.

Attaching spreadsheet with all the whacky stuff I've tried so far.

    THanks!

Just to clarify, you wish to copy the last column (the one that says "Study #" in row 3) and make a copy of that in a new column inserted to the left of it? Meaning you end up with two that say Study #??

If so then perhaps this will work:
