i kindly upload #Leaves Plan for employees in health clinic , each month in each sheet , the excel file automatically transform the selected leave`s periods into monthly dashboard ( Green color : actual leave , Gray : weekend , Red : official vacations
( the dashboard exclude weekends and vacations even if selected by employees )
1- Can your Help me please in calculating the total number of planned leaves per employee among all months of the year , in other word the count of total green cells across all months per employee !!
i tried VBA module to count cells with green background BUT didnt work , i tried to count according to color index , didnt work also !
the modules/formula work well in other new workbooks , i think its something related to dashboard coding ..
2- Can your Helpe me please to copy employees leaves with specific job title ( for example : Clerk in #Name List Sheet ) into other #master workbook with same design .
what i need is gathering the leaves of all clerks and pharmacists from each center ( highly shortage job titles ) into one master workbook ( with same design ) as their leaves need area management rather than local ..
Please I seek formula that copy all leaves for any employee under specific category from multiple workbooks/centers into Master/Area workbook
