Your VLOOKUP range is in a single column C12:C13 but you are telling VLOOKUP to retrieve the answer from the second column. This probably results in a runtime error, or a #VALUE! error in the worksheet.
What are you seeing that is different than what you expected?

why not just use a regular vlookup, and not even bother with VBA?
