Cdo smtp - combine textbody with htmlbody

Hi, I'm using a script referenced to library - Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000 to send emails from excel without opening a mail client.
My original subroutine works ok, here is the part about sending the message itself:

I can use properties .TextBody to send a message as Plain text or .HtmlBody and construct body of email in a way of innerHtml,
but cannot use both in same message, as second overrules first.

I look for a way to combine them both somehow.
I found class IBodyPart or properties TextBodyPart / HtmlBodyPart, but seem not to find a way to put them to use.

Can someone please suggest anything ? Even a documentation on this will help.
